6-ish large new potatoes
1 onion
3 small bell peppers
3 jalapeno peppers
1 small eggplant
fresh rosemary
4 links polish sausage (from the farmers’ market, A++)
salt
black pepper, red pepper flakes, ground chipotle pepper flakes, chili powder (to taste)
butter
Chop potatoes & veggies and add to large pan with butter and a little salt. Add black pepper and other spices to your taste. Cook 10-15 mins on medium-high heat. Cut sausage links and add to pan. Cook another 20 mins or so until potatoes & sausage are fully cooked.
