The shiitake mushroom vendor was back at the farmers’ market this weekend. <3s And a great pasta to celebrate
5 cloves garlic
4 oz shiitake mushrooms
3 zucchini squash
Brown garlic in butter, add squash and mushrooms and a little olive oil to pan. Boil pasta. Add 1/2 cup or so of pasta water to the veggies. Drain pasta. add pasta to veggies. Top with parmesan. Tasty goodness.
