DTFH Fest Day 2, Durham NC, 1/22/11

Amazingly fun, good times. I went home last night exhausted with my head ringing with new to me songs and old favorites. The marks of a great fest. Happiest anniversary to Death to False Hope Records. Now that we’ve been rocked, we should all celebrate not only by downloading some great albums from them but by making a donation for records as well. Scotty, it’s a great label, it was a great festival. I’m looking forward to great releases & celebrating the third anniversary in a year.

Particularly awesome highlights:
Red Collar – as always, fantastic
The Demon Beat – stellar set, so great to see these guys again.
The Campaign 1984 – completely wooed me with music that sounds like the best mash of all the music I grew up with
